Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on victotop.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to other countries.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all US orders. There is no minimum order value — the shipping charge at checkout is $0.00 for every US address.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days. Orders placed after cut-off on a Friday, or on a weekend or US public holiday, are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping is delivered within 7 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs and peak season volume can occasionally add time in transit. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email info@victotop.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the item price once the parcel is back in our warehouse.
